Our approach to coaching is centered on training both mind and body.

Centered CrossFit coaches focus on three things: mechanics, consistency, and intensity. We lay strong foundations and build from there.

We foster a professional environment and have fun doing it. Between our coaches, we have decades of experience. We share that knowledge with our members to help them achieve their goals.

Our coaches will never compromise on the fundamentals. We hold high standards of safety and execution to push our athletes to peak performance.
