Bio
Tyler Watson has over a decade of experience teaching CrossFit. He has built an understanding that has not only developed elite athletes but has improved the everyday life of hundreds of individuals.

LAUREN WALKUP

Bio
Lauren is originally from Tipp City, Ohio. She graduated from Tippecanoe High School in 2008. Lauren has been involved in athletics all of her life from swimming, gymnastic, basketball, and track. Lauren is a three time state pole vault qualifier and went on to coach middle school track for 3 years. She was drawn to CrossFit in 2017 to get back in shape after starting a family. Lauren completed her CrossFit Level 1 Certificate Course in April 2018. She shares her love for CrossFit with her family and believes anyone can do it!

JASON MOORMAN

Bio
Jason grew up in Dayton, OH surrounded by sports. After high school, Jason pursued his passion of sports at Wright State University where he graduated with a Bachelors degree in Sports Science. A year later after graduating from college, Jason moved to Troy, OH with his wife Kelsey where they were introduced to CrossFit. After day one he was hooked and knew CrossFit would be his new passion.
Jason has now been involved in CrossFit for four years. He continues to strive to become the best coach he can every day in order to help people achieve their goals. CrossFit has not only provided Jason with a competitive outlet, but it has taught him what it means to truly be healthy and provide him the opportunity to teach others the same. His goal is to help others improve their life through functional movement and creating healthy eating habits.

Kara has over a decade of experience teaching CrossFit. Through coaching athletes and individuals of all levels she has helped them gain a better understanding of their potential in and out of the gym.

Bio
Ken started CrossFit in 2011 and has helped many people improve their quality of life through movement. He spent several years as a high level competitor and gym owner and is now happy to be helping Centered CrossFit improve the lives of others.
