At Centered CrossFit, it’s not about the score on the board or the weight on the bar. We have a specialized and focused approach for each person so that we get better every day and have fun doing it!
Are you new to working out? Don’t worry, we won’t throw you into a class. We ease you into the process with a full consultation to address history, current health and goals. From there we pair you with a program for best success. Whether it be one on one with a coach, small group classes or straight into classes, we have a program that works for every stage of fitness.
